Christopher Columbus arrival to the new world

I found these drawings in an old Panama history book, showing the arrival of Columbus to the new world on his trips. Very interesting for kid's projects.

French Vintage Hot Air Balloon Posters

According to Wikipedia, the Hot Air Balloon is the oldest successful human-carrying flight technology. The Montgolfier brothers launched their first model back in September 1782 in Annonay, France and they were, in their time, the most significant invention of the human flying machines.
 



Today’s freebies are some French colorful posters of these lovely Balloons.  Enjoy crafting.
